The Dongfeng EQ 2050 Mengshi, aka Dongfeng Hanma, is a reverse engineered AM General Humvee, engine comes from the Dongfeng-Cummins joint venture in China. The EQ 2050 is widely in use by the Chinese army and other security services, a civilian version is available but sales are very slow. Dongfeng will bring two EQ 2050’s to Shanghai, a huge new police-command vehicle (above) and a civilian car.
