Production of the new Guangzhou-Honda Everus S1 will start on March 26. The production-version will debut at the Shanghai Auto Show in April and the S1 will be listed on the China car market that same month.

Everus is a subbrand from the Guangzhou-Honda joint venture aimed at the cheap end of the market. The S1 is based on the old Honda City. Price of  the Everus (Li Nian in Chinese) S1 will start around 75.000 and end around 120.000 yuan. Engines: 1.3 with 82hp and 116nm and a 1.5 with 107hp and 143nm.
