Chinese automaker Haima has started production of the Freema EV, a full electric based on the Freema MPV. It is so far a demonstration project, 12 have been made, but plans are big; Haima wants to make 3500 for fleet use. The Freema EV has a range of 160 kilometer, charging takes only 20 minutes for an 80% charge on a special fast-charging apparatus. Charging at home on 220v possible but Haima doesn’t say how long that one takes.
