Spy shots showing the facelifted Buick Excelle GT testing in China. The Buick Excelle GT is basically a rebadged Opel Astra sedan, just like the Buick Excelle XT is a rebadged Opel Astra hatchback. The facelift for the Excelle GT includes a new grille, new headlights, new bumpers, and new rear lights.

The current Buick Excelle GT, manufactured in China by the Shanghai-GM joint venture. Price starts at 132.700 yuan and ends at 187.300 yuan. Engines: 121hp 1.6, 184hp 1.6 turbo, and a 147hp 1.8. All engines will continue in the facelifted Buick Excelle and price will be about the same. The facelifted Excelle is expected to debut on the Chengdu Auto Show in September with a launch on the China car market in October.
