The Haval Coupe C Concept debuted on the Beijing Auto Show. The Haval Coupe C Concept, not to be confused with the Haval Coupe Concept, is previewing the upcoming Haval H7 SUV. The vehicle looked completely production ready and staff told me they didn’t expect any changes anymore.

Very nice interior again with sporty seats, sporty dials, lots of wood and lots of leather. The Haval H7 will be launched on the China car market in Q3. Price will start somewhere around 150.000 yuan.

The Haval H7 will be powered by a 2.0 turbo four-cylinder petrol engine with 218hp and 324nm, mated to a 6-speed manual or six-speed automatic, sending power to all wheels.  A 272hp/370nm variant of the same engine will become available in 2015.

A very smooth looking vehicle. Not a line too much here. Very subtle in a way for such a big SUV.
