A very colorful Volkswagen Jetta, seen in central Beijing by reader Jacco B., thank you for the picture! The jolly Jetta was wrapped in a surprising combination of  matte orange, matte purple, matte yellow, and matte green, and is further sexed up by racy tires with sporty double-four spoke alloys, fake air boxes on the bonnet, red tinted headlights, black windows, and a huge green wing on the back. A true work of art this Jetta is!

The Volkswagen Jetta MK2 was made in China from 1991 until March this year when it was finally replaced by the all-new Jetta. The MK2 was an extremely popular car, loved for its fault-free character and pure basic transport functionality. It also was, and likely will be for a long time to come, very popular to make-more-pretty.
