Spy shots showing the production version of the MG CS SUV testing in China. The MG CS SUV debuted as a concept on the Shanghai Auto Show back in April, the production version will debut on the April 2014 Beijing Auto Show.

There will be two engines: a 1.5 turbo with 135hp and a 2.0 turbo with 204hp. Price will start around 140.000 yuan. At the Shanghai show MG said the CS was based on the same platform as the MG5, but earlier on we saw spy shots of a MG SUV clearly based on the Ssangyong Korando. The exact origins of the platform remain unclear for now…
