A wondrous white Cadillac Brougham sedan, seen late at night here Beijing by reader Ali Khalili, thank you for the pictures! The Cadillac Brougham was manufactured from 1987 until 1992 with a facelift in 1990, this is a pre-facelifted example.

The Brougham was never exported to China so how this fine example ended up in the capital is a mystery. The good Caddy seems to be in reasonable condition. Vinyl top still in good shape, some scratches an rust on the body but not too much, chrome very shiny at night and brilliant period multi-spoke alloys. The Brougham was available with 5.0 and 5.7 liter V8 engines, mated to a 4-speed automatic.
