A very interesting home-made electric bicycle from China, seen in the great city of Shaoxin in Zhejiang Province. The fine vehicle features a few novel ideas: a solar panel fitted on the back, under the luggage rack which doubles as a beat box. Next we have an orange seat cover made out of a shower curtain, which is recycling, and that is good. The best thing however is the steering wheel which once was an air conditioner fan.
