The first spy shots of the new Haval H9 SUV testing in China. The H9 will be the biggest SUV under Great Wall’s Haval brand, it will be positioned above the upcoming Haval H8 SUV, which isn’t a small car either. The H9 is expected to be launched on the Chinese car market in early next year.

The Haval H9 loox slightly more agricultural than the well-designed H8. More Land Cruiser than Range Rover. Basic body very simple, with a high roof line and many straight lines. It is certainly huge. The H8 measures 4806/1975/1794, wheelbase is 2915. This H9 easily goes over five meters long. There will be two engines available: the 218hp 2.0 turbo that will also be used for the H8, and a new 3.0 V6.

Price yet unsure but price for the H8 will range from 155.800 yuan to 199.800 yuan. Price for the cheapest H9 will thus likely start around 190.000 yuan.
