Facelifted Guangzhou-Honda Everus S1 hits the China car market

The facelifted Guangzhou-Honda Everus S1 has been launched on the Chinese car market. Price starts at 78.800 yuan and ends at 99.800 yuan. The facelifted Everus S1 debuted last month on the Shanghai Auto Show. The facelift included a new grille, new bumpers, new head lights, new rear lights, and an updated interior.

Everus is a sub-brand of the Guangzhou-Honda joint venture. The current Everus S1, so far the brand’s one and only car, was launched on the Chinese car market in May 2011. The Everus S1 is based on the last gen Honda City sedan which was made in China by Guangzhou-Honda.

The facelifted Everus S1 is only available with the 1.5 with 103hp, mated to a 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic. The 80hp 1.3 has been deleted.
