The good owner of a Volkswagen Jetta decided to get a bit green, for the penguins and such and such. He constructed a nice little lawn and fitted it all on the roof of his vehicle. This now, won’t help much. The lawn ads weight and the construction causes extra drag, so in the end the vehicle will use much more fuel.

Still, it is nice to see Chinese drivers are at least starting to think about the environment. That indeed is something new entirely. Gas guzzling SUV’s are still considered the best you can have, and those few idiots who buy a hybrid only do so because they want to be different, such as cool, not because they care about trees. The Jetta then, is Hope.
