Volkswagen Tiguan is Pink in China
A quite and cold Thursday morning in Beijing, the birds have gone south and I can’t wake up. Time so for pink! Here we have a fantastic pink Volkswagen Tiguan, seen in the capital by reader Lao Wei, thank you for the pics. The Tiguan is further sexed up by big tires and flashy alloys, some extra chrome and blacked-out windows. But, there is more.
The grille, Volkswagen logo and license-plate frame are made very shiny by a shipload of plastic-crystal thingies. Very popular stuff in China, it started about a year ago and we see it almost everywhere today, check this Porsche for example. The glitter can be dangerous in hefty sunshine, it blinds bicyclers and such, who then will hit something and die. Pretty always has a price…
