Here we have a very matte-black Buick Regal, seen on da streets in the great city of Urumqi in Xinjiang Province, where the sky is blue and all eat lamb. The Regal was a surpise because every other car in Urumqi seems to be a gigantic Toyota Land Cruiser, the other being a crappy zillionth-hand Volkswagen Santana taxi. The matte-black was a wrap, skillfully applied over the whole car. Sadly, the wheels & alloys were just standard.

This matte-black example is looking rather fine, a nice addition to our ever-growing Buick Regal collection. Earlier on we met the official Expo 2010 Edition, lime-green,  matte purple & silver, pink and silver, a pirate, an orange taxi, and all-silver.
