The new Lifan 520 debuted as a concept at the Guangzhou Auto Show in November last year. In the meantime Lifan has decided to call it 530. The Lifan 530 will be launched on the China car market in November, its official debut will be on the 2012 edition of the Guangzhou Auto Show.

Power will come from Lifan’s 1.5 with 88hp and 110nm, mated to a 5-speed manual. A 1.3 is in the works as well. Price will start around 50.000 yuan. Size: 4300/1690/1490, wheelbase is 2550. The 520 loox very much like the FAW-Toyota Vios, only the front and back are slightly different. Lifan however doesn’t come away with this cloning so easy anymore, Chinese media has become very critical and buyers will take notice.
