Hello Readers. We are in the countryside a few hours north of Beijing. The countryside is home to many a farmer and goat but most of all to the motorized three wheeler. Here we have some fine examples:

Shuangli-brand. Countryside three wheelers are of very simple design Power comes from extremely dirty gasoline engines. Electrical versions do excist but are considered too expensive and unpractical by farmers.

The three wheelers are used to transport all kinda animals, food, earth, families and whatever else. Best thing is; drivers don’t need a license. Worst thing: farmers can’t drive…
