Spy Shots: facelifted Roewe 550 without camouflage

The very first spy shots of the facelifted Roewe 550 without camouflage, it will debut at the Beijing Auto Show later this month and it will be listed on the Chinese car market in September.

The facelifted car has a new front, some changes at the back and an improved interior. The 550 will also get a brand-new DCT gearbox that is developed in cooperation with GM. Engines will be the same as in the current 550; 1.8 with 133hp and 1.8 turbo with 160hp. Price of the current 550 starts at 126.800 yuan and ends at 189.800 yuan. Price for the facelifted 550 will be about the same.

Earlier spy shot from the updated interior, note red emergency-button in this test car. Screen is bigger, likely touch-screen which will control a lot of functions because the rest of the dashboard clearly counts less buttons than before.
