A Porsche driver from the great city of Qingdao in Shandong Province tried to fool the police. He changed the digits ’11’ on his license plate into ’77’, with toothpaste. Police however wasn’t so easily fooled, the driver was fined a stiff 1200 yuan and lost 6 points (out of 12) from his driving license. Better luck, next time… Via: 0532bm.
