Spy Shots: facelift for the Chevrolet Epica in China
The epic journey of the Chevrolet Epica will continue in China. Chevrolet is working on a facelift for the good old Daweoo Magnus-based sedan. The Epica is made in China by the Shanghai-GM joint venture and still very popular for those who want a reliable and cheap big-size car.
Current Epica. Production in China started back in 2007, since then it has been facelifted once in 2009. The current Epica is only available with a 1.8 with 143hp and so will the facelifted car, there are no bigger or newer engines planned. Price of the current car starts at 98.800 yuan and ends at 161.900 yuan, price of the facelifted Epica will ba about the same.
