The Lotus Evora has been officially listed on the China car market. Price starts at 1.248.000 yuan for the standard Evora 2+0 and ends at a whopping 3.600.000 yuan for the super souped up Evora GTE with 444hp and 420nm.

Lotus clearly has confidence in the Chinese auto market. It has opened a dealership right in the middle of one of the most expensive areas in Beijing. The Evora GTE was unveiled there yesterday, and there was yet one other GTE on hand for test drives.  Lotus hopes to sell over 300 cars in China in 2012.
