BYD-Daimler electric car to debut in April 2012

BYD-Daimler is a joint venture between BYD and Daimler-Benz for making electric vehicles for the Chinese market. The JV applied for patent on their first car (pictured) in July. It is based on the outgoing Mercedes-Benz B-class and will debut as a full electric vehicle on the April 2012 Beijing Auto Show. It is yet unknown when it will hit the market. Via: Autohome.
