New Honda Civic sedan listed & priced in China

The new Honda Civic sedan debuted at the Guangzhou Auto Show in September. It has now been officially listed on the China car market. Price starts at 131.800 yuan and ends at 185.800 yuan. The Civic is made in China by the Dongfeng-Honda joint venture.

Engines for the Chinese market: 1.8 with 141hp and 174nm and a 2.0 with 155hp and 190nm. Transmission: 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic. Main competition: Dongfeng-Peugeot 308, FAW-Toyota Corolla, Dongfeng-Nissan Sylphy, FAW-Volkswagen New Bora and the Chang’an-Mazda 3.
