The best spy shots so far of the upcoming Brilliance V5 SUV (fka A3 SUV). It is based on the same platform as the Brilliance H530 sedan that was listed last week. Pics show a very pretty car that does look like the BMW X1 but just not too much.

Two engines: a Mitsubishi 1.6 with 119hp and 151nm and Brilliance’s own 1.5 turbo with 136hp and 200nm. Transmission: 5-speed manual or 5-speed automatic. Price will start around 85.000 yuan. The car seems ready for the market with its new name and finalized design. Listing can’t be far away, debut likely at the Guangzhou Auto Show in December.
