The new BMW 1-series hatchback was seen testing in China, it will be listed in the Chinese market before the end of the year. BMW will import the 1-series but local production is possible in the future.

BMW will only import the 5-door hatchback. No plans yet for the 3-door hatch, sedan and convertible. Distribution goes trough the Brilliance-BMW dealer network. The joint venture makes the 3-series, 5-series and soon the X1 as well.  Via: 163.com.
