The great city of Kashgar in the remote Xinjiang province is normally not associated with car manufacturing. That might change. A father and son made themselves a wooden car powered by an electric engine. It is for sale. Asking price is 150.000 yuan or 23.000 dollar.

The creators with their car. It all loox very well put together. Even the steering wheel is made of wood. Carpets are nice. Windshield seems plastic. Unfortunately we don’t know any techspec of the machine at this moment. If we do later, we’ll be back.
