The Toyota E’Z Yizhi will be listed on the Chinese auto market on June 21, it is made in China by the Guangzhou-Toyota joint venture. ‘Yizhi’ means ‘deliver leisure’ in Chinese. E’Z means nothing. Chinese press calls the E’Z Yizhi an MPV. Toyota does not, according to the Japanse the E’Z is a FUV. You might wonder, what the fuv is a FUV? I know the fuvving answer, it means ‘Fashionable Utility Vehicle’. Engines: 1.6 and 1.8, mated to a 5 speed manual, a four speed auto or a cvt. Price will start around 140.000 yuan.
