Police in the great southern city of Zhuhai stopped a 34-year old man in a homemade Porsche and fined him a hefty 4500 yuan ($675) for driving an unregistered vehicle. They also deducted six points (out of 12) from his driving license, which the man actually had.

The two-seat ‘Porsche’, looking more like a Lamborghini, is made of expanding-polymer foam and powered by a motorcycle engine. It has two gears forward and one backward. The man bought the lights, dashboard, steering wheel, pedals, and seats online, combining it all in this surprisingly sporty black ensemble. Too bad he got caught, but we bet he will be back.
