New spy shots showing the final production version of the new BYD S7 SUV, it will be launched on the China car market just before the end of this year. The BYD S7 is anupmarket variant of the existing BYD S6 SUV. The BYD S7 debuted as a semi-concept on the Shanghai Auto Show in April.

Design around the exhaust pipes a but too much maybe, but striking it is. The S7 will be powered by a new 2.0 turbo with with 207hp and 350nm, mated to a 6-speed DCT. The S6 is only available with older 2.0 and 2.4 liter engines. Price for the S7 will start around 150.000 yuan. Price for the S6 ranges from 84.300 yuan to 129.900 yuan.
