A very inventive home-made vehicle seen in the great city of Shantou in Guangdong Province. The vehicle consist of two electric scooters welded together with a steel sub frame. The driver sits in the middle, race car style, and changes direction with a large steering wheel that replaces both scooter steers. Best if all is the roof. Rain indeed ruins many a fine scooter ride! The roof slopes down and so multifunctions as a giant wing for extra down force. Great invention!, drive safe…
