The Lifan X60 SUV is currently only available with a 5-speed manual. That will change later this year when a 4-speed automatic becomes available. Debut of the ‘Lifan X60 4AT’ is expected for the Chengdu Auto Show in September.

The Lifan X60 was launched on the China car market in May 2011. Price ranges from 85.000 to 90.000 yuan. Lone engine is a 1.8 liter four-cylinder with 133hp. Price for the 4AT will start around 95.000 yuan. The lack of an auto-option seriously hampers sales, especially among first-car buyers and females.
