A smartly parked Smart, seen in central Beijing by my cousin HdF, bedankt weer neefje! The Smart stands half on the main road and half on the bicycle lane but it doesn’t seem to hinder any traffic, showing the smartness of this parking plan. Smart is doing reasonable well in China, pushing cars off the shelf with many weird special editions, but the brand lags far ‘n far behind Mini or the Fiat 500. Smart urgently needs an SUV. Anyway and how, the Smart is a good car for parking on bicycle lanes, unlike a certain Audi A4L.
