Spy Shots: Great Wall Haval H3 testing in India
The Great Wall H3 SUV has been seen testing in India, fueling new speculations about Great Wall’s entry to the Indian auto market. Back in January 2012 a Great Wall H5 SUV was spied testing in China. IndianAutosBlog.com reports that representatives of Great Wall have traveled to India for talks with suppliers, indicating Great Wall has serious plans for India.
It is yet unsure whether Great Wall will use the ‘Great Wall’ brand name in India or the new stand-alone ‘Haval’ brand name. The Great Wall name seems to be stronger but Great Wall could decide to start with Haval from the beginning.
The current Great Wall Haval H3 in China. Price starts at 92.800 yuan and ends at 158.800 yuan. Engines: Great Wall 2.0, Mitsubishi 2.4, and a Great Wall 2.5 liter diesel.
