Lamborghini still hasn’t started the production of the very limited Sesto Elemento. China has, in the shape of this fine silver R/C car I met today on a toy market in the great city of Guangzhou in Guangdong Province. The real Sesto Elemento is based on the Gallardo, track-only, limited to 20 cars, and powered by a 570hp variant of the 5.2 liter V10. How many of those 20 will come to China is yet unsure but likely a lot.

China is currently the second market worldwide for Lamborghini and wealthy Chinese car buyers love special editions very much, no matter for how much. Price in China is yet unsure as well but will likely top 6 million yuan, or almost one million USD. The R/C variant is much cheaper, only 48 yuan or 7.8 USD. I asked about top speed and the shop owner said it could do  15km/h. When I said that was much too slow for a Lamborghini he said it could actually do 30. Good salesman…
