The yet unnamed vehicle will fit between the Hyundai Elantra Langdong and the Hyundai Sonata, price will range from 140.000 yuan to 180.000 yuan. Chinese media say, quoting anonymous sources at Hyundai, that the new sedan will debut on the 2014 Beijing Auto Show. The vehicle on the photos however seems basically ready for the market and a debut on the Shanghai Auto Show in April seems very well possible.  Power will come from 1.8 and 2.0 four-cylinders. The new sedan will compete with fine cars such as the Volkswagen Sagitar and the Citroen C4L, relatively small sedans with a premium look & feel.
