SouEast V6 Ling Shi will hit the China car market in April

The new SouEast V6 Ling Shi will be launched on the Chinese auto market in April. Price will range from 70.000 to 90.000 yuan. The SouEast V6 Ling Shi debuted as the SouEast V6 concept on the Beijing Auto Show in April and the production version debuted on the Guangzhou Auto Show last month (pictures).

The SouEast V6 Ling Shi stands on the platform of the Mitsubishi Lancer that is made in China by the SouEast-Mitsubishi joint venture. At launch there will be only one engine; a Mitsubishi sourced 1.5 liter four-cylinder, good for 120hp and 143nm, mated to a 5-speed manual or a CVT. Later on a 144hp 1.8 will become available as well.
