Patent Applied: new Nissan Livina (Nissan Note) for China

Nissan has applied for patent on the new Livina in China, known as Nissan Note in the rest of world. The Livina is made in China by the Dongfeng-Nissan joint venture, the new Livina is expected to be launched on the China auto market in 2013.

Current Dongfeng-Nissan Livina. Price starts at 85.800 yuan and ends at 129.800 yuan, price for the new car will be about the same. The new Japanese-made Note will get a new 1.2 turbo, the Chinese market however will have to do with the old 1.6 and 1.8 engines that power the current Livina.
