Spy Shots: BMW 5Li 2.0 Turbo testing in China

The first spy shots of the upcoming BMW 5Li 2.0 turbo, it will be launched on the China auto market in October. The 2.0 ‘Twin Charger’ comes with 240hp and will be mated to a six-speed manual.

Price is expected to start just under 400.000 yuan. The hot engine and manual transmission are brought in to bring back some ‘sportiness’ to the BMW-brand. The BMW 5Li is made in China by the Brilliance-BMW joint venture that also makes the 3Li and the BMW X1.
