This hurts the eye. An otherwise pretty Lincoln Town Car painted up in a very bad way. Black I guess was too black so this owner decided to spice things up with some kinda mix between gold and orange. He did so, one must say, quite creative. Especially the edges around the lights are precise pieces of work. Still ugly, but an ugly job well done. This Town Car was seen in the great city of Shanghai by reader and fanatic spotter Navigator 84, thanks a lot for the pics!

This particular Town Car is a second generation car, model year 1993-1994. Power came from a Ford 4.6 liter V8. Big car, 5560/1953/1440, wheelbase was 2982. Old Lincolns are popular in China, especially among wedding companies. Second hand examples still find their way to China via used car dealers on the US West Coast, but some were imported new in the 1990’s. A few fine examples: very stretched, three of a kind, and of course the famous Lincoln-based Hongqi’s.
