New Nissan Sylphy debuts at the Beijing Auto Show
The new Nissan Sylphy debuted at the Beijing Auto Show, it will be made in China by the Dongfeng-Nissan joint venture. The Sylphy will also be made in Japan and sold as Sentra in the US and Pulsar in Australia. The China-made Sylphy will be listed on the Chinese car market in June.
Engines: 1.6 and 2.0 from the old Sylphy, and there will be a new 1.6 turbo mated to a new CVT transmission. Price will start around 135.000 yuan. The old Sylphy isn’t dead, it will continue under the catchy name ‘Sylphy Classic‘.
