The SouEast V5 has been around as a concept car for many a year. These are actually the very first spy shots of the car testing on da road. SouEast makes various Mitsubishi’s for the Chinese market and some cars under their own name, based on old Mitsubishi platforms.

Lines seem a little bit toned down. Since nobody will buy it anyway me guess that doesn’t matter that much. Engine is a Mitsubishi-sourced 1.8 with 144hp and 178nm, mated to a CVT. Price yet unknown but a good guess is a start around 120.000 yuan.
