The new Audi A6L, made in China by the FAW-Volkswagen joint venture, will not debut at the April 2012 Beijing Auto Show as reported earlier. Instead, it will debut at the Guangzhou Auto Show in late November.

The A6L is about 10 centimeters longer than the Germany-made A6, all extra space goes to the passengers in the back. Engines for the China car market have been confirmed: all TSI: 2.0, 2.5, 2.8 and 3.0. The 2.5 was until now unsure, it replaces the old 2.4 V6. Price of the A6L will start around 380.000 yuan.
