Spy Shots: Kia K2 hatchback in China

The Kia K2 sedan debuted last week at the Shanghai Auto Show. The K2 is made in China by the Dongfeng-Yueda-Kia joint venture. The sedan will soon be joined by a K2 hatchback which has been seen testing around the factory in Beijing.

Engines as in the sedan; 1.4 and 1.6 mated to a 5-speed manual or 4-speed automatic. Price will be slightly lower than the sedan, likely to start around 65.000 yuan and end around 90.000 yuan. Production of the K2 hatchback will start in August.
