New Peugeot 308 to be Made in China

The facelifted Peugeot 308 will debut in Geneve next month. It will be made in China by the Dongfeng-Peugeot-Citroen (aka Dongfeng-PSA) joint venture. The jv already makes the 207 hatch, the 207 sedan, the 307 hatch and the 408 sedan. The 307 might dissapear or continue as a cheaper alternative. Peugeot is also working on a 308 sedan for the Chinese market, it will be made in China as well. Production of the China-made 308 will start at the end of this year.
